ApplicationsIn order to be considered for fall enrollment, you must complete an application and include your child's 7th and the final 8th grade report cards or the final high school transcript. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Student Support Services - IEPS and 504sIf your child has an IEP, the deadline to submit the IEP to Holy Trinity was May 15, 2026. Applications for students requiring special education services submitted after May 15 will not be accepted for fall 2026.
